Worse customer service in town. I ordered some parts online and two days latet they called me back to inform, i'll get it end of the month which is 3 weeks later. One week latet they call me again to pick up from store. On my arrivel to store a staff member couldn't assist me in 15 minutes time because his lack of store management knowledge. Secound staff member came to me and he states half of parts is ready and rest of half will be ready end of the month. I asked to him, why they don't give correct information before i pich the items? I already made a booking with mechanics to fit in car. The second team member got anger with me. He started argument and say take your mone backI I shocked with their customer service while i paid three weeks in advanced and waiting for the parts. Finally they saying take your mone back!
However i returned from store without pick up when they say they will contact me when parts is ready and confirmed me parts will be ready by end of the.month. Few hours later will be 30th of April which is end of the month but i haven't got any text, email or phone call yet from them.

Some of the staff are excellent, strong knowledge of parts and can assist with most requests. However, prices are fairly high and the quality of the product is fair. I would shop there again if l was getting a quality brand, otherwise, i will steer clear of SCA branded merchandise
