Really the worst medical centre.I am covid positive but doctor said cant give you antibiotics .Cant give sny medication.She recommend just to stay home and tk panadol.My appoitment was at 100 am and they called me at 12 pm.I dont know why govt cant tk action on this low average medical centre.Worse worse

Wish there was an option to give negative ratings. Dr Humera and the receptionists are arrogant and unprofessional. Had to wait for over an hour for my appointment only to be brushed off rudely. The reports were discussed in a very rushed manner and no further questions were asked to understand the patient concerns. The entire management is a circus. If you are the owner of this medical centre maybe it's time to revamp your management and time management by your Drs.

Dr vineet Jain is amazing.
I don't think you or I will ever find a better caring understanding and really nice doctor them him.
He goes above and beyond and I really owe him more then my kind words. He has helped me be here today when no body else could help or find out what was wrong with me.

Dr Humera is the best doctor in Melbourne, Tarneit, Always great to see her. You will find best doctor and Physio Poonam in this Centre.

Best Medical, Physio, Dental centre in Tarneit, Truganina, Hoppers Crossing. Doctors are very caring, Strongly recommend this place. I like the Dentist there with very reasonable fess.

I like doctors team but the receptionist are not up to standards. They needs more training for attending calls. In brief.. every time I call they greet and then put phone for while. Today I bother to write review to improve this quality. Every times attending call experiences feels me ignore feeling and not respect for customers(I often find them quite free in clinic)

Great friendly staff, almost no wait time, the doctors are excellent. Wouldn't go to any other clinic ever. Every time I go with or without appointment hardly have to wait, I think this is the best part as compared to the other clinic where I have to wait for at least 30 mins even with an appointment.

My parents came from India and had no Medicare Card. I visited other local clinics but they were charging us huge amount of money. One day I could not get appointment anywhere for my mum suffering from chest pain. Insurance could not cover cost of that as pre-exiting conditions. Luckily I went to Supernova Medical Centre and one of the Doctors examined my mother. They saw my parents free of charge several times in last two months. I cannot explain how supportive Medical Centre is this. My parents has gone back to India but still remember doctor’s kind behavior.

Friendly staff and caring doctors with minimum waiting periods. The way doctor explained was fabulous. Doctor also saw my mother in law without any fees. Strongly recommend.
