Great product range of crafting goods, like the large individual letters, staff are helpful enough when approached. I like shopping here when I need a unique gift for someone or just to browse and get some new ideas too

purchased a product, product was defective, their supplier was currently unavailable and they would get back to me, after they delayed 8 weeks solving the problem, they then said they couldn't help .... and then amazingly said I couldn't return it because it had now been so long!!
