Being female I have always had that dreaded bad feeling with Mechanics. My dad is a mechanic so I know when I am being lied to about what is going on and how much it is going to cost. From the moment I started dealing with Supreme Automotive to get my car serviced I felt very confident that I was getting the care and service I required. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I told my Dad what they had quoted and done, he said that I could not get that service and price better any where else, he too was quite impressed with them. I would recommend Supreme Automotive to anyone, well worth it!!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR AND I TRIED FEW DIFFERENT PLACES, THEY CHARGED ME MONEY BUT NO RESULTS THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE BUT WHEN I WENT TO SUPREME AUTOMOTIVE THEY CHECKED MY CAR AND FIXED THE PROBLEM AT FAIRLY CHEAP PRICE. MY CAR IS RUNNING GOOD NOW.

Just want to say a big thank you to this company, I got a service on my car they did a great job, with really good customer service. I mentioned I needed by car back by lunch time, and by 11am I received a phone call it was ready. Thank you so much, would recommend you to anyone and will be back

DODGY DODGY DODGY!

To cut a long story short, A simple repair turned into a three month nightmare. They put the wrong part in my car but were unable to admit this and take the responsibillity for it. I was without a car for nearly 2 months just because old mate was to proud to admit he was in the wrong and blamed the part supplier for a faulty part while it was the wrong part to begin with. Phone calls were hardly ever returned and had to keep ringing back to finally get answers. Not once but nearly every time.

People like this should not be in buisness because they have no concept of customer service...........

Approximate cost: $way too much

My car only had to have a Roadworthy check done for rego so I can't comment on their actual mechanical work. The job was done well and fairly cheap but they said they would call me when it was done so I waited right up until the end of the day and rang them. The woman on the phone told me that the car had been ready for hours and they were closing soon so I would have to wait till the next day to pick it up. That was pretty annoying not having a car for a day and a half.
