I worked closely with this surgery for a number of weeks during the pm shift. The staff were very professional and ensured the safety of all when the "feral" walk-ins came to the waiting. The doctors on a whole usually went above nd beyond with their patient care.

Really friendly staff, awesome doctor. had to wait ages but to get a good doctor i guess you have to wait a bit. Heaps of magazines and tv's to keep you busy though.

I go here mainly cause it's the ONLY place on the Gold Coast (as far as I know) that will use bulk billing for non-concession card holders like myself.

You just go once (paid) and then it's bulk billed and you pay nothing. I am so sick (no pun intended) of paying $60 - $80 for a 10 minute or less consultation and then only getting $20 back from Medicare.

However, obviously I would not keep coming back to this surgery if I was not happy with it. You generally don't make appointments but just walk in and hope the wait isn't too long. Usually it's around 20-40 minutes which is ok in my opinion, especially when it's free.

The doctors are all really nice and I'm very comfortable with all of them.

Overall, I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone needing a doctor. Their hours are good too. It's gone out of my head now but it's something like 7am until 10pm or something, every single day of the year, which is pretty comforting to know.

great to have a medical centre open 24/7 on the gold coast.
it is ashame that there aren't more around. definately a rare one and a good one that hopefully keeps its doors open for the community for a very long time!!

very busy surgery but they have good doctors who really listen and don't rush you...........bulk bill if you are a pensioner............also pathology services onsite
