Their repair work is excellent. However, they NO LONGER DO PRIVATE WORK only Insurance Repairs. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, needed RMA Surrey Panels again. As expected, the repair was excellent. The car was returned to original condition. Staff were pleasant. Turnaround time reasonable.

Quality of customer service was good from start to finish. Repair work to vehicle was good. Car was restored to original condition. Paintwork match was brilliant. Thank you Surrey Panelcare.

Don't use these guys,

After someone ran into our car, we had to bring our car to this panel beater to fix the front corner - mainly paint job which was fine. Firstly, they charged $200 more than another quote we got (the other driver's insurance paid thankfully), Surrey Panel Care kept the car 4 full days to return it in a disgusting state! They bent the brand new number plate, drained the battery fully and brushed off some dirt from the battery pole which caused the battery not to charge anymore. We have to jump start the car every time we want to use it. The radio is completely screwed up, the gear stick is loose and the engine has now a high pitch whistling sound when driving. The worst of all is that they refused to fix any of it with the explanation that it is all "wear and tear". Well, why did we never have any of these problems before we handed over the car?? Surrey panel Care are unhelpful, sloppy, careless and overpriced. Definitely, NOT recommended!!

We were very happy with the repairs. They were able to book us in for a repair in a reasonable amount of time and completed the repair (and cleaned our car) within a week.

My first experience with Surrey Panelcare was with a new car I purchased upon returning to Melbourne from living overseas. Someone drove into it while it was parked in Carlton during a celebratory lunch ... only 3 hours old and straight from the dealership. Surrey Panelcare did an excellent repair - my husband, who sees the smallest dents in cars, could not tell.

And because he sees the smallest dents in cars, we have brought our other cars in for minor repairs (such as supermarket trolley dings), as well as one major repair after a crash. We were treated well and the repairs carried out to a high standard on all occasions.

The service is prompt and friendly, and as it's a family business customers are well looked-after. On one occasion the steering on our car was not quite right after accident repairs had been carried out. I realised this during the drive home and was not comfortable with it, so I called Surrey Panelcare, and they asked me to return so that the problem could be rectified, even after they had closed for the day. With anyone else I probably would've been told to come back the next day.
