One of the only sit down sushi resturaunts in Penrith. If you go in the peak time around lunch you will find there is general a wait, but they have seats where you can wait.
They have a take a way and eat in option.
The sushi is always fresh, they have a wide variety of options, I get the spring rolls and the chicken and avacado and they are always packed full of flavour.
They have the different colour plates that the food comes around on, this tells you how much each dish is. Ranging from $5-$9.
At the end the waitress will add up your plate total and you take it to the font.
Fresh food that is very well priced

Good vibe here at Sushi Bay - the endless conveyor belt of delicious food means that for the successive nights that I ate here, there was always a strong crowd, milling around and enjoying the food and atmosphere. Chilli prawns were extremely good - as was the quality of sashimi and the endless variety of maki rolls. This place is a bit of a standout.

It is good here but the issue for me is the mayo over everything. I know this stuff is loved by the gen y but I want traditional Sushi, not crumbed chicken. Overall its nice (when I can get what I want) and service is good. It appears very clean and fresh.

I love finishing off a day of shopping with lunch at Sushi Bay! The staff are so unbeliveably helpful and lovely.
The food always seems so fresh, especially in comparison to the regular sushi stands around Penrith Plaza.
We love coming back here, it really is worth the wait when there is a line almost out the door!

Wonderful place to eat at whether you just want a little or a lot. I went there with my husband and daughter, we had a really nice meal, average $20 per head. Food is constantly being prepared fresh, no complaints. I would definitely go there again. The hot dishes are very similar to what I have eaten in Japan.

Unique atmosphere where you can wait for your food to come to you. An emphasis on choice of meals, there are always the favorites and sometimes some new recipies. You get to see your food prepared in front of you by friendly staff.

It's a sushi train restaurant, but you can eat in or takeaway. Usually not that busy but don't let the xenophobes in Penrith fool you, the sushi is consistently good. Service is happy, but minimal as their grasp of English is similarly minimal, but you can get by.

Approximate cost: $4
