The sushi here is really good and it has a lot of different options for meals other than sushi. It is a great place to take someone who is not quite altogether sold on sushi, but might be willing to give it a go. I have tried many of the dishes here and one of the main negative things that I will say is that I quite often eat too much food! (Therefore spending much more than anticipated also.) I have found that if you are starving, it is probably not the best place to go (especially if you have a bottomless pit in your stomach like I seem to.) A lot of the food really is not that filling, but quite good nevertheless. Fun place to go to have a light lunch though.

Sushi Train Adelaide is a true Japanese experience. Having studied the language and travelled the country, I'm always excited to find something authentically Japanese in Adelaide. The sushi is always delicious, the staff super friendly and the experience, fun! The only downside can be waiting to get a seat, but that's only because it's so popular!

Approximate cost: $4.00

Fast service, wide selections of sushi. Always packed will patrons. Value wise, it's expensive, but once in a while they have promotion, which is $3 for everything!

I love sushi train. It is a fantastic idea. Always very fresh, love how you can see the chefs making it in the middle. Only problem is that it is so busy. There is always a line up of people waiting to be seated. Prices arent too bad they range from $3 a plate to $8. Usually when my boyfriend and I go it costs us about $50 inclusing drinks. If you dont like anything on the train you can order it off the menu.
