tried to order a part. Took 5 goes for the auto answer machine to actually work. Finally got someone in parts who said they would pass on message and didnt. used robot "real person" chat to ask for help still no response. Emailed and a week later had no response. Worst service ever. Was faster to order online and receive part from eastern states. Will never ever use Mandurah suzuki again for parts.
Bought a car for Cash. Then had a problem and it took 4 months to sort out. They eventually did sort it out but the person to person contact is very poor and they just do not return phone calls. Quite disappointing as I am very happy with my car
