Daniel was very polite. He provided excellent customer service and helped me with the process of choosing a new cistern and toilet seat. It was installed in a timely manner and all mess was cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call svens again.

We had Mitch come and attend an emergency gas leak at our property in oakleigh on Wednesday night. While I was impressed with the response time and workmanship I was a little taken back by the price. They charged me close to $400 and were only there for an hour. Seems very expensive to me.

Turned up on time, bright and early to come and help with my drain cleaning. I had previously called another plumber who recommended replacing my sewer at a cost of $18,000. Sven advised me that it wasn’t necessary and cleaned out my drains thoroughly. We haven’t had a problem since. Thanks again for a job well done. : )
