I contacted SWA and spoke to Pat regarding my enquiry. Pat was fantastic at screening my call and then passing it onto Steve.
The advice from Steve was very professional and empathetic regarding my circumstances. He was not there just to take my $$$ and was very professional at sorting, advising and listening to my needs and if it was worthwhile spending money. That to me is Top Customer service and care. HIghly recommend SWA Group. Pat and Steve lovely to have connected .
