Poor service, embarrassing inspection reports. Ended up having to re-do thousands of dollars of renovations because it appears the inspections on our rental weren't actually done and the place was trashed. Changed to a new agent who was absolutely astounded at how bad they are.
they have been fantastic if there is a problem they get onto it straight away i had a tree go down and within 2 days it was removed can always get in contact never had any problems with them
