Wow wow wow these girls a fab.. went in on a scoopon and wasnt expecting much as ive purchased scoopons for other companies before and didn't have much luck. It was a little bit hard to book in (obviously to be expected) as it was such a great deal but the girls there were very helpful in finding a day and time for me. When I arrived for my app I was greeted warmly only having to wait about 5 min . My overall experience was fantastic I walked out LOVING my hair! I will be back for sure

LOVE these ladies Initially found them via Scoopon, I've been twice and have walked out a happy customer both times. I'm due for a third appointment in a couple of weeks. Highly Recommended. As for some of the not so positive review, my foils, cut, treatment and blowdry normally takes about under 2 and a half hours which I believe to be standard. The girls make every effort to please you, give you a coffee whilst you wait. :)

Purchased Scoopon, easy to book in. As soon as I arrived they were ready for me. Colour was fantastic and loved my haircut. Purchased Scoopon for my daughter as well and she loved it as well. Will definitely be going back to Sweet Lime Hair and Beauty for all my hairdressing needs from now on.

First experience i had with them was great, so when another scoopon came out i got it thinking awesome. Well i was so wrong - Experience was horrible. I was there for almost 3 hours. I had to wait to get started, Then the management went home (as her shift finished) but they were half way through doing my hair so a staff member had me, another one getting hair washed, another one in the seat waiting & one in the waiting area to do!. Poor Customer Service!! Never Again!

Purchased Scoopon, had to book a month in advance. Arrived to be started straight away then the lady doing my hair left and the other picked up. She had three people on the go at once but managed, got all parts of Scoopon done, hair colour/cut fairly good.

Very poor service. After purchasing a Scoopon they were hard to book in with. When we did eventually get in they had only 1 staff to deliver a range of hair and beauty services on 2 people. We were told the management had gone away for the weekend but no apologies offered. The phone rang non-stop. We each received only a fraction of the services promised on the voucher and what we did get was pretty bad!
