Average, grabbed a take away cafe, was not the best, would not rush back there for coffee.

Rude staff!! That don’t smile or greet you,
Ordered a large chai latte the lady said 5.35 when I got my small baby chai latte I was in shock the lady said I ordered a small, she said the other lady at counter stuffed up- but You have coffee cups with the prices on them and it Cleary said $5.00 for a large!!! When I asked for the bigger size she said it cost me $6.35
I’m sorry your coffee is not made out of magic and regular cafes only charge $5 for a large!
I will never return!

Every time I come here the staff are rude, no customer services skills what so ever, [redacted personal identifier]. don't have a pie warmer so they microwave all the hot food. Cakes are nice but all good over priced

Approximate cost: $10

Nothing better than being a regular at this establishment. The staff are always awesome, cakes are always fresh and the coffee beats Doughnut king hands down. Guess depends on your taste but the hedgehog slice rocks.

Approximate cost: $3.70

I want to like this place, it's part of a chain, there is one at the Pines, Blackburn. It's a nice looking place. Some soft 'booth' like chairs down one side of the cafe and it's convenient right across from a Safeway and greengrocer, chemist etc. However....I have been here several times and the staff I find are pretty obnoxious, which is not really what you want from a cafe. The cakes etc look nice but a bit pricy and not terribly fresh. So whilst I still go here on occasion, often I go to the donut place because I want a really nice experience at a cafe and this place just keeps disappointing me.

Approximate cost: $4

Every time I go here the staff are rude - attitude galore. Today they didn't have an order for us - 10mins of waiting for the coffee - no apologies the coffee was awful! This place needs a do over badly! CUSTOMER SERVICE hello!

Approximate cost: $4.50

Had a great coffee and cake with some friends, no pressure to move on when we had finished, happy friendly place

I went in here with my fiance to order a cake for our wedding. While we were there we sat down and both got a cake to share and a couple of coffees. The cake we got was pretty awful and dry (god knows how long it had been on the shelf) so while my fiance picked at that, I decided to opt for a cookie - the cookie was equally as bad. When we enquired about the cake for our special day, the very young girl serving us didn't seem to have any product knowledge, and even warned us that often the cakes aren't ready on time. Never a good sign when coming from a staff member! We decided not to order our cake from there, thankfully, because we've since heard bad feedback from friends. The shop is decked out nicely, but that's about the only nice thing to be said about the place. Disappointing.

Imagine my excitement at discovering a cake shop had opened pretty much at my door step. Walking in, the ambience is great and the service is wonderful. The cakes look spectacular- a little pricey but hey, if they taste as good as they look then i'm more than happy to part with a little cash. But alas, my excitement is short lived after discovering the cakes taste similar to Akland Street, St Kilda. I know most are happy with the cakes on Akland Street, but i think they are absolutely revolting. Anyways, back to 'Sweet Temptations'. I purchased a selection of bite sized cakes (petifores?)- 12 at $17- not cheap, not expensive if they taste half ok. Well, they were awful. Not happy. Might go back there for a drink and a cookie (at least i know i'm safe with a cookie), but not for a cake. Anyways, it's not their fault, turns out 'Sweet Temptations' is actually a franchise. Not another one.....

Approximate cost: $Start at $1.10 for a tiny biscuit
