Hayley took her time to seek what we wanted for our ideal newborn shoot. The care she took to providing a safe and warm space for our baby and parents is considerate and thoughtful. Hayley worked with us to make sure our boy was comfortable. Our photos have come back to us and are absolutely gorgeous. They perfectly capture the little details I love most about my baby. Absolutely amazing studio in such a peaceful location, well stocked and the photos were just as beautiful. I was in awe while watching my daughters milk bath session and they were both so gentle and calming with her. Will be back.

It’s so sad that she has good reviews here when I know at least 4 other ppl except me had big problems with her. Who knows how many more there are. I believe she managed to put good reviews here by herself.
My experience. There’s no right word to describe. Horrible is not bad enough.
She took my money and never got my photos done. I wasted soo much time emailing, calling, messaging her and she wouldn’t respond, she consistently ignored all attempts to try and communicate with her. I wasted so much time and I realised that she was never going to send me those photos. I wish I could write a review on her Facebook page but she deleted bad reviews from her page and the option to do so. If you check her page she still asks people to book sessions with her. It’s miserable to think how she can do that when she owes photos to other people. Check comments on her Facebook page and you’ll see that some are filtered, she deletes what she doesn’t like.. ( customers asking her for photos)
Be aware ppl don’t give her any money if you make the mistake to go there.
It’s sad that this business is still going. She shouldn’t be allowed to do this to ppl. Very upsetting.

The photo shoot itself was easy and stress free, the communication between photo shoot and delivery was good, and then receiving the photos was amazing because the pictures were just perfect. Overall we had an excellent experience with this service.
