Amazing customer service. I was in need of some flowers late. I called the shop in regards to closing time as I finish work around 7:30pm. They offered to drop the flowers off at home at 7:30pm. Thank you so much Sweetheart Florists.

The quality of the flowers I ordered from here was terrible and the lady was very rude when I contacted her about it. Disappointing to say the least, as I wanted to surprise my girlfriend

The flowers we ordered arrived and were not fresh. We spent $130 on the bunch and it was not worth it. When we complained the owner argued with me and would do nothing to resolve the issue!
