I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses here. They have a great range and we're really helpful. They called me as soon as the dresses were in.

I wanted to thank all the staff at Sweethearts Bridal. You were all amazing! Excellent customer service right from when i first walked through the door. I had myself and the whole bridal party fitted by them. I was only engaged for 6 months before tying the knot with the hubby. We were all put under pressure with such short notice. But the staff always made myself and the rest of the bridal party welcomed and at ease. Everything was delivered and done on time with time to spare before the big day. I have recommended them to my other friends whom are also getting married. Once again thank you Sweethearts Bridal for making my special day a great day! Everyone looked amazing!

I was looking for a bridal gown for myself and found Sweethearts bridal in Blacktown to be the best of all stores I visited. All staff members were absolutely wonderful lady named Rosi found my perfect dress for me and was able to accommodate my order in time as I didn't have long to go for my wedding. Alternations time was booked and dress altered for me without any complications I can not thank all the staff at Sweethearts enough for the excellent service. Will recommend this store to all the future brides. A must shop to visit !!!

I went in there today after looking around and trying on dresses for a few months. I was served by Debra, and she was just wonderful! I'm a size 18 and I knew it might be difficult to find the perfect dress for my shape. Debra jumped right on in and was honest and said a couple of the choices I had made based on pictures I had seen online might not suit, she found all the ones she thought would work and helped me get into them. She was so efficient and kind, and I tried on 6 dresses before I found THE DRESS, i described what I liked and she found it.
Couldn't thank her enough! I had a wonderful day :D

i purchased my wedding gown here. I was impressed by the range of gowns and tried on 4. originally the service was great but after my dress had been ordered it all sort of went downhill.. I asked the woman who would be taking my dress in that I'd like the train to be permanently stitched up as it was very heavy but when I went back for my final fitting a week before the wedding, it hadn't been done an despite having paid for the work, they wouldn't correct it or refund me any money. Instead she had created a bustle that lasted about 10 minutes on my wedding day. I hadn't even left home for the church and the bustle/train had completely unraveled so I struggled with the weight of it the entire day.

I bought my bridal gown from here. The gows are beautiful and the service is great.
Only negative was the cost of the in house dress maker for the alterations. Unfortunately by the time all my alterations were finished the dress cost me twice the original price.
If I could turn back time I would have my dress made. We found an amazing dressmaker for the bridesmaids dresses and she was very reasonably priced.

I purchased my wedding dress from Sweethearts. They had a great range and were at a reasonable price. Any necessary alterations were completed in ample time. Would recommend for anyone looking for brides dresses.

If you are looking for truely beautiful wedding gowns then this is the place to go. The service I got was second to none and I would totally recommend them to any bride looking for her special dress.
