We had a problem with our spa, not sure what it was. Barry came out and had a look - he noted that it was an issue that he would not be able to fix but then gave me the name of someone he said would be able to help. The reference was spot on and we came out with a good result. Barry went out of his way to provide advice and guidance on other aspects of the spa. We are certainly be going to be using them for all our spa needs from now one.

The store changed management in November 2012 and the place has transformed. More stock and staff who know what they are talking about and are happy to help.

Wasted countless $ and time trying to get them to clean our pool over last summer. We visited them 5 times from November to February with water samples and they kept saying we needed to "shock & Flock" the pool so we bought all the chemicals they advised, did as advised, then brought back a water sample and we still where told we needed to do it again! We kept asking for them to come out as they do a mobile service, but they never did. They sell good stuff and are nice but are over priced on the products and didn't help us at all.
