It took 5 weeks to get someone out. The man that came out clearly had no idea what he was talking about and wanted to sell me everything he could think of. i felt like as a newly single woman i was being ripped off. i rang the shop and a young man apologized but said there was nothing he could do so i went to the shop and made phone calls as i didnt think it was right to be charge over $100 for nothing and the business owner was always in his office or on the phone and never available. i wasted my money and ended up googling how to fix the problem with my salt pool myself. how can a business work like this?
