Rude arrogant staff with very limited knowledge of the products they sell. What knowledge they do have they seem to resent sharing with the customer. Go somewhere that appreciates your business.

After being sold a multicyclone filter system for our pool that turned out to be inappropriate & inefficient, we complained multiple times and they never ended up responding to our request to fix or service. Will never go back. Turns out the filter wasn't big enough for a spa, let alone a pool.

We get our pool serviced through Swimart Warners Bay, they come out monthly and check the chemical levels and top it up with what ever is needed. They also scoop and clean it and when they leave its looking great. The guy that comes is very friendly and always says hi to my children but if im not here he just lets himself in and does his job packs all the equipment away and leaves. I highly recommend them and their prices are great too.
