Very poor after sales service. Incorrect product supplied. Quoted & invoiced for 3.2m Pool Roller (also confirmed length by email prior to paying). Supplied 4.1 m Roller. I requested replacement,but was refused. Repeatedly told to cut down myself (female & partner with broken shoulder), as easy to cut down & instructions should be in box (but they weren't). Weak apology and only after my complaints about service. I refused to cut down myself, then they said to get handyman to cut down and they would reimburse. 10 days later still waiting for reimbursement & no response to emails. Very poor after sales service, would not recommend. Once item paid for salesman and engineer would not take responsibility for supplying incorrect item.
