I was a landlord with swinnerton, and the service they provided was surperb. could not recommend them enough. I suggested them to friends, am using them next year sometime to sell our other property.

I am surprised to read the poor reviews of Swinnerton. I rented a property from Swinnerton, approximately 5 years ago, and received fantastic customer service. I was recognized and remembered by the reception staff, who were friendly, and welcoming. When I needed to move to another area, it was easy to finalize the lease conditions. They even facilitated some friends of mine taking over the lease from me, at the same price.

Not reliable. Very unprofessional when dealing with them as tenants. As renters, the service received was simply not good. Swinnerton does not care about renters.
