I needed ball joints on my car replaced on one side only. When i took my car in i said to have a look at the other side too and if it needed fixing just go ahead. When i picked up my car in the afternoon they said they checked the other side and it did not need doing.
I am a female and if they wanted to rip me off they could have quite easily done it as i know nothing about cars. They were courteous and friendly and very helpful. Best of all though, THEY ARE HONEST! Very rare these days

They were great as they explained everything I needed to know in an easy language, gave me a great price and fixed it the same day. Being a younger female I didn't feel at all that I was spoken down to or taken advantage of, they were fantastic. very friendly and helpful.
The guys were honest and not pushy if we couldn't afford parts or services at the time. They also helped find a cheaper part. The service was great and very reliable.
