Most unprofessional trades businesses I have ever dealt with. Called Switchworx in emergency on a weekday for a power outage. Quoted a $39 service charge. Arrived 4 hours later, spent <30 minutes replacing RCD ($39 part), changed quote of $500 to $875 during install due to job being 'emergency call out', then added GST. Have refused to provide explanation of cost or itemised invoice. Complaints to Manager met with a negative response. Recent quotes reveal job should have cost $200 not $976 charged.
Approximate cost: $975
I have got Switchworx in to install some light fittings at my home. They got the job done, did a decent job.
