We went on a whale watching tour and enjoyed our time, sadly we did not get to see any whales so our money was happily refunded which is a great guarantee they offer, we will be returning again though and hopefully see some whales next time. Staff were fantastic and we still had a great time despite the lack of whales :)

Did a whale watching cruise and was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. It was a great boat and they guarantee a whale sighting or you can ride again free. The whales were great, but what was particularly important to me is how nice the staff are if you get horribly seasick, it really made a difference. They were very helpful and friendly. If you don't get seasick I would definitely recommend this adventure.

I took my parents whale watching and the experience was a lot better than I had hoped for! The staff were so friendly and helpful and all very knowledgable about the harbour, whales and boating. We spotted a number of whales and had a few come right up to the boat and they played on the surface for a long time. Myself and my parents were thoroughly impressed!
