There were no pressure dealing with Sydney Blinds and Screen at all. I had been given the hard sell by another company. When I bought my blinds at their shop, I instantly fell in love with their products. And when they came to install my blinds, I was impressed with the crew'sprofessionalism and friendly attitude. Great stuff Sydney Blinds and Screens !!

We have used Sydney blinds and screens several times for blinds throughout the house and were very happy with the products. We recently got several quotes for plantation shutters and while Sydney Blinds were not the cheapest the quality of the shutters was superior.
Unfortunately they turned a very good experience into one we won't be repeating. They promised the shutters in 8 weeks and after waiting 9 weeks we called to ask if there was a hold-up. only to be told,"We will call you back" and they never did. A second call a weeks later was also handled the same way and the they hung up on me.
The shutters arrived after 10 weeks with no explaination and no apology for the delay.
The shutters are great and if they had bothered to call us and tell us they would be delayed there would be no problem, we just expected a bit better customer service after spending several thousand dollars on shutters.

The attendant was informative and worked hard to make the entire process as easy as possible for me. Our home was new construction at the time so SBS already had sent someone to take all the measurements from inside the structure. My wife love the style and how it matches our wall and window, when installing they waited outside the house for a few minutes while I was stuck somewhere else and was still as professional and courteous as could be expected. My wife and I recommend Sydney Blinds & Screens..

After having real trouble with another blinds company we were put onto Sydney Blinds and Screens by a close friend. We had them do all our fly screens and kitchen blinds. The service was fantastic and done both professionally. Plus there's a free quote and their after sales care is just good.

Decorating my kitchen with window blinds has been the most difficult task after I moved in to my new house. Especially that my purpose for adding the blinds to my kitchen was not for decorating purposes only but much more than that. At first I really have hesitations, like, we might not get a good services or the quality of the product might be low. But then, we did tried. I've contacted them, and was glad because I didn't know what the size and I didn't know what kind of blinds would fit our 2 bedroom apartment and they made great suggestions based on the windows location and lighting. They gave me the facts about their products without being too pushy. During the installation process we had it scheduled when my fiance was at home, they deliver on the day of schedule, which is very professional. The quality of the blinds they installed for us was more than what I was expecting, they were actually more than okay.

The thing I like about them is that they are very helpful, they gave me brochure to scan and variety of blinds to choose from, traditional to modern type. After some time of thinking, I arranged a schedule for installation. I had it installed after I went back from a short trip, probably 2 weeks. They are fixable enough for me.
