I was in a motor vehicle accident and was looking at loosing my leg. Although there were no guarantees,the Dr took me on as a client, and after major surgeries, high powered antibiotics, leg lengthening, many prayers, I still have my leg and could not be happier. I still have my wheelchair, but that has to do with other non orthopedic problems. I know that all outcomes are not as successful as mine, but it does pay to get a second opinion
