Absolutely horrible.
I saw some reviews stating they were outstanding cleaners worth the price. However you pay for a minimum of 3 man hours up front and then once booked the cleaners will come around to your house and inspect how much it would cost. We were told no more than 4hrs and the cost would be 198 only. The next day I checked my account and ontop of the 3hrs they charge me for additional 4.5hrs and another 181 dollars. But the worst part of it all is I spent all night re-cleaning the house because they did the worst job. The floors were not even touched and the skirting boards were not touched. If they actually cleaned for 7.5 man hours the house would not have looked like it was barely touched. Worst company in the history of cleaning companies. $380 dollars later for what? Nothing!! Once I confronted them over the phone she told me the cleaners tried to contact me throughout the day which was a lie. I was never contacted. The only time I was contacted was when they were at the front door. Then they sent an email stating that I tried calling them back when they were cleaning the carpet... I did not have carpet in my house. This company is unrealiable and absolutely horrendous. Don't ever use them.

Recently used Sydney City Cleaners to complete a full clean of our industrial kitchen and the ceilings in our bar & restaurant. The job was completed while I was on leave and could not have been happier with the thorough job, when I came back. My staff also informed me that the crew, were efficient, thorough and courteous. Compared to professional cleaning companies we have used in the past, these guys are second to none in their attention to detail, as well as competitive pricing that met our budget.
Highly recommended and will be definitely be using these guys, not only in our restaurant, but also our other bars and hotels.

Outstanding! Used these guys for an end of lease cleaning job with dry cleaned carpets. Booking was straightforward and pricing was transparent. Cleaners arrived on time and made my unit sparkle!! I wish I had used them for spring cleaning while I still lived in the apartment. Ultimately, there are cheaper cleaners on gumtree etc, but you pay for what you get, and I still got the better end of this deal!

I thought I was dealing with a small business person. What I was in fact dealing with was someone who sits at home and sub-contracts out cleaning services to an assortment of small business owner cleaners. She demanded payment upfront and is very expensive because she adds her commission on top of the cleaner's fees....for doing what exactly?
