What a disappointment.
Upon collection of my yzf250, the bike wouldn't start, had not been Predelivered and the salesman had no idea about the bike.
During the drive to Sydney City Motorcycles, I received a call to say it wouldnt be ready by the agreed time frame. So we detoured and took our time allowing an additional nearly 3 hours, only for the bike to still not be ready.
For a guaranteed sale, this was absolutely disgraceful.
The sales manager offered replacement battery with any issues however, with ongoing starting issues SINCE PURCHASE the sales manager Elliott, has reneged on this agreement.
Absolutely baffling how they can run a business this way.
Brought the motorcycle in for replacement of parts and a service. When booking i asked for a hire bike so i didnt have to stay there all day, they provided this. That afternoon i come back for the bike and when paying i notice they have not as asked done a service. This would now cost me alot more to do because id be charged for the labour of pulling apart the bike which had to already be done for part replacement, they indeed than realised i had booked the bike in for a service at the same time and gave me a hire car for overnight. I was charged the rate i would of been charged for the service combined with part replacement. Bit disappointing service from a big company.
