I highly recommend Sydney City Removalists. the driver kept in touch with arrival time, the guys were very friendly and polite and didn't muck around. it was great to have people who were careful with my property, and with new, CLEAN furniture blankets!

Sydney City Removalists help me clear my storage locker, they contacted me as they said they would ahead of time, allowing me to meet them and open the gates for them.
Their staff were helpful and very able-bodied to handle the task.

The goods were delivered swiftly and efficiently, and we're willing to help with placement of the items at their location and though they made a mistake with parking, they still apologized and help rectify the issue.

Overall, I gave them short notice and yet still they helped me and gave me a good, efficient experience in the process of it all.

Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

My 75yr old mother was let down by removalists company, they just didn't turn up.

Needed a fridge and five boxes moved and Sydney City Removalists did a great and fast job. They were efficient and did a great job. Rodney from the office was so helpful from the start to finish, he booked my job and sent me a super fast and freindly movers.

Marwan and Frank from SCR arrived on time and were very quick and straight into it. It was surprising how quick they loaded and unloaded our 4 bedroom home while still taking the care needed to make sure everything arrived safely.

Marwan was the one who helped me move. He and his partner were so polite and friendly. they managed to fit all of the furniture into one truck, being careful to secure everything. I was impressed by how careful they were and how efficient they are with the space in the truck.

They sent 2 young people without any experience for my 2 bedroom removal job. They did not have any tools but only had 2 trolleys. The truck is just a normal truck without lifting platform. All bulky items going on to the truck was a big risk. Therefore, chips were found on all my furniture. They also did not know how to use trolley for the bulk furniture. One of my tall boy was destroyed by them because they put the wrong side on the trolley and the cabinet could not hold the shape and broken. They claimed that the problem was my tall boy because it was not rigid enough. They stacked the tea box horizontally. When the 2nd box on top, the bottom box started to deform. They even did not know those boxes can only be stack vertically. They refused to remove my LED TV and glass coffee table because they have no protection blankets to protect glass. When we arrived in my new home, they requested me to do their job together in order to save time. They asked me to get the supermarket trolleys to help. What a "Professional" removalist. At the end, it took 7 hours to finish a 2 bedroom job which only 20 minutes travelling time between my old home and new home. In the whole process, I was their supervisor to tell them what to do. At the end, I was surprised by the bill.

Everyone was courteous and helpful - nothing was too difficult. Move from Sydney metro to Gold Cost was done efficiently and nothing was damaged. Could not have asked for anything more. I would recommend this company to anyone moving.

The customer service we have had from SCR Removals to date has been exceptional. Carly and her team from Sydney were in constant personal contact and provided reassurance that our move would be organised and would run smoothly. The removal crew on the day (Rodney and Frank) They advised us well ahead of time of any delays and kept us up to date with what needed to be done.
