After only 3 uses my samsonite bag was damaged. After attempting to fix the bags frame and no replacement available it was deemed unfixable. The 10 year warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by mishandling by airport staff. But a fairytale ended happily. Sydney luggage centre replaced the bag with a new one.
Thank goodness I purchased the bag there, this is what I call genuine service. However , you should all be aware of the fine print of luggage warrantees. A bag should be strong enough to withstand the treatment they are going to get each time they are used!

I think I went when on a bad day. I walked in to hear a rather heated stoush between the staff. As a regular traveller, I knew what I was looking for and happy to browse alone. One of the ladies came to assist me and was rather brusque ( having had to break away from her argument ). I eventually made a purchase but her surly manner did not improve. Was happy to leave the store.

A great range of luggage and accessories. Rather expensive. Had to bring back a lock that had broken after a year, there was no problems at all getting a new one with the receipt. Staff arent overly friendly, seems you have to make all of the effort, no one smiles and no one seems to enjoy being there!
Its a beautiful store so im not sure why they all seem so unhappy!
