Terrible service and somewhat misleading. They advertise a 24hr service which is NOT correct. They take calls to ask for a doctor only from 4.00pm onwards on a weekday and the doctors don't start seeing people until 6pm. I called at 4 for help from a doctor with a very sick partner, its now 9.47pm and no one has turned up. They also have no real update service on their phone line. They give you two options, 1 for book a doctor ( which is always busy and I waited 25 minutes to get through), and 2 to cancel. Knowing it would take forever to get through on the '1' option, I pressed 2 just to get an update on our MIA doctor. Was told he would come in 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 7.00. That was nearly three hours ago. Don't bother using them, you're better off going to the emergency dept of a private hospital.
Have used several times. Call centre staff very helpful & doctors are friendly & knowledgeable. Much better to stay at home and wait for the doctor in comfort than drag my sick kids down to wait for hours in a cold hospital emergency department. Great service!
