Terrible. Hook you in with one price. Then call and ask for additional delivery costs on already expensive products. Dont click on the first ad google gives you, much better value out there

Good to see a company who values their customers. Had a couple of hiccups with the administration of my booking, but they tried hard to fix the problem and leave their customer happy and because of this, I would definitely recommend to use them

I ordered a helium tank for 50 balloons but it barely filled 35 balloons which is pretty poor. When I went back to the store and told them they just argued with me and wouldn't even consider that perhaps the tank was the problem. I didn't ask for a refund and was respectful and polite. I can't say that about their service. Wouldn't use them again.

Hi we are sorry you feel that way, we always check the cylinders and nozzles in front of the customer to make sure the cylinder is full and has no leaks and this is showed to the customer before any of our cylinders leave the shop.
Usually either you have over inflated your balloons so there was not enough to cover all the balloons, or had a couple pop,

What a great place for party supplies including a large range of frozen food. i spend under $200.00 and carted for a party of 15 adults and 20 kids including party food.

Not a bad party shop. Has all the standard things you would expect of a catering place. Great one stop place for all the things you need for a party. Not quite as well priced as some others I have been too. But a good location and everything you need.

I like the things in this shiop very original. the prices are a little over priced however the products are of good wuality.
This party shop is great! they have so much food and a great variety which is great, lots of vegetarian stuff too which can be tricky to get. The decorations are great, lots of different themes and options.

We are sorry you feel this way, though we simply advised you that you have selected the wrong method of delivery, and you would need to pay additional to cover the delivery fee to have your balloons delivered. We pride ourselves on our balloons and we are definitely not expensive with our products, we have balloons to suit all budgets, and if you believe the order you have chosen was expensive , you could of chosen a much cheaper bouquet to suit your affordability.
