No confirmation of pickup time the day before as had been told, until I called at 5pm. They sent me a text in the morning 45 min before due to pickup to say their main truck was broken (coincidental?) and would be in contact in hour. A professional would call not text. No follow up until I replied 1.5 hours later and was simply told to make new plans. My new bed was coming in less than 2hours! Received no apology but very rude texts followed by “Have a good day” multiple times. Very lucky I found someone else quickly who was incredibly prompt and professional!
