Got my hair cut at Raw Hair. Amazing!! After getting a hair consultation I was led to this mysterious room on the ground level of this 3 floor Hair Palace where I sat in this massage chair/hair wash basin which automatically reclined and massaged my body for a good 30mins. During my wash my hair dresser literally gave me a proper head massage for 15 mins. If your looking to get your hair done I would highly recommend Raw Hair I would call it a hair/spa retreat.

I bought a GHD from the website cautious if it were legitimate or not as the price was a huge markdown from the GHD website, which was very risky, but it came in the mail the next day and it's brilliant!

I purchased a Silver Bullet Hair Straightener, at a very reduced priced - that should of been the first red light to notice. I had it for 4 months and then it no longer worked. I rang Sydney Salon Supplies and told them and the comment back was 'yes they know they have had a many of these returned'. But for me to get another straightener i had to pay for the return postage of the faulty straightener. Every company I know that knows a product is faulty would pay for the return postage. Be very cautious - if its too good to be true it probably is!!

I had the most fabulous experience at Raw from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out feeling like a million dollars. This is a beautiful upmarket salon but it some how also feels homey and welcoming. The staff are all wonderful and Stella gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my (long) life! I took a gamble trying them out for the fist time with the intention of getting a totally new style and I could not be happier. While its not bargain basement prices, it's worth every cent and they are very smart in offering different price points depending on who cuts your hair. The talent and attitude do all the staff I met, and the ambience of the salon are are second to none. I will not be going anywhere else from now on and can highly recommend Stella as a brilliant stylist.

Had excellent customer service and no attitude. Not your typical posh Eastern suburbs salon at all (which is always sketchy). I have frizzy long hair and Stella did my blow-dry and lasted a whole week.

Only after having returned from a chop shop do I now appreciate just how fantastic this stylist is. My cut drew positive comments from people who never normally noticed. They were professional, clean, efficient and well trained. Will be returning sorry I ever tried elsewhere. Vouchers should be an introduction to a place you want to return to and indeed this was.

Oh My God. Finally a stylist who actually sits with the client and understands what they need. I had been searching for someone who could make me feel comfortable and style my hair for quite some time. 2 years ago I found RAW. I absolutely hated getting my haircut at other salons but raw is just different. Such a relaxing shampoo in that little zen type room downstairs then a great friendly atmosphere upstairs. The stylists are fantastic Vy and Stella are my regulars but from what I have seen around me all of the stylists have the same approach at raw which is good customer service and great skills. I get my hair done there once a month and have never walked away feeling uncertain about my cut or feeling like I was not pampered. Congratulations Anthony Nader you obviously know how to pick your staff !

I have been going to Raw for 5 years now. I love the atmosphere of the salon from the minute you walk in the door. They do a consult to really find out what it is you want to do with your hair each time, no longer how long you've been a customer. Then you're taken down stairs to have a peaceful shampoo and amazing head massage. The stylist then spend their time cutting your hair and getting it looking fantastic just like you asked. Overall great salon, fun staff & great experience. I'll keep going time and time again.

Ive always heard amazing stories about this salon and finally went yesterday. I had my hair cut by Sarah (who listened to what I wanted and then offered her professional thoughts as well which was fantastic) and also had a colour with Marc who gave me the coolest Balayage Ive had so far. The price wasn't too bad actually,and loved all the latest fashion magazines and The Sanctuary Room, and the all the staff where super nice. I've already made my future appointment.
