Very professional and helpful

went into shop looking for a vice or clamp for holding timber or steel at right angles for fixing or welding together. Staff unhelpful. Second time i have now seen them like this. Service was so bad that my 17 year old daughter went back in and also told them there customer skills really sucked. I went to Total Tools near by and got what was needed and had a good time with a laugh form the local shop assistant. Sydney Tools Moorabbin, your guys need more or better customer and product training. Just not professional. Please note, I am only commenting on Service. I have retaed Quality and value high as i can not really offer true comment on those metrics.
