My husband and I really enjoyed working with Katsu! He is very professional and he does amazing work. He has an incredible vision that he puts to life in photos. We also loved his personality- he was fun to work with and he took the time to get to know us and we could tell he genuinely cared about us and our important day. I also think it's noteworthy to point out that he was very punctual for every shoot and he kept in touch with us throughout the process to keep us updated on everything which was important to us. The photos we received are truly special. They are finished to the highest quality and the service provided was exemplary, from the pre-wedding portraits taken at The Botanic Garden Sydney to receiving the final photos. Paul and I have just returned from a wonderful honeymoon in France and would like to just thank you again for a wonderful day. We love the photos! You let us know exactly what was required on the day and as you had previously done a site inspection, you knew exactly where the best locations would be. This saved us a lot of time, helping us run to schedule. As we said in the speech, it felt like you were a part of the wedding party and friends rather than outsiders! We couldn't be happier with our wedding photos by Katsu. We spent hours looking at local wedding photographers' websites and portfolios before deciding Katsu was the way to go for us, both in his style of photography and prices. Katsu is very easy to get along with, always ready for a laugh and makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Katsu spent some time with the girls first up, then dashed off to the boys to get some shots of them getting ready and was back with the girls in time to get photos of putting on "the dress". We had our bridal party photos done before the ceremony which meant we had a very special "first view" where it was just the two of us. Katsu beautifully captured the story of this moment, from Jason waiting in the garden on his own to Amanda throwing her arms around his neck! Katsu was unobtrusive during the wedding ceremony, but got wonderful images of all the special moments. Our photos were ready as soon as we got back from our honeymoon and we had our final album, beautifully designed by Katsu with the photos we selected, about 8 weeks after the wedding. The slideshow Katsu put together for us using music from our ceremony is a great way to share our photos with others and to re-live the day ourselves. After extensive research, we chose Katsu for our wedding photographer. We were very lucky to have Katsu's experience as wedding photographer for the ceremony at The Botanic Garden. He was also kind to volunteer to coordinate the more or less flash mob of attendees. After that, we lost track of him as he blended into the background to capture candids. Then he popped out again to organize family photos before shifting to capture the two of us all around the park. He gave us directions and then chose to let us go with it. We ended up with striking images that we'll treasure forever.

When I first contacted Katsu with my requests, he responded almost immediately and answered all my questions. We discussed my vision and he also made suggestions for alternate locations which was greatly appreciated. He is easy to communicate with, flexible, and answers emails within a few hours.
