Unlike most other meditation schools, we give you the option to learn and experience a total of 11 (eleven) different styles of meditation. Some methods are more suited to others and for various reasons some are not.

Having said that, the method I teach is one that gets you a very fast Release or Relaxation Response and is the method most favoured by those who learn with me.

Further to this, meditation is the basis for all Hypnosis, Self Hypnosis and Remote Viewing and Influencing. I include Hypnotherapy with your Meditation Course to keep you Meditating, should you wish! :)

Trish sorted me out mentally, emotionally, physically - i never thought i could ever do meditation but i would recommend Trish to anyone who especially thinks they could never do meditation as well as everyine else.

I am improving slowly, I am getting better day by day. My friends tell me they have noticed changes and that I look better. I have only just started, but I am feeling much better each day. Still meditating and everything's going great. Thanks

This is one of the most powerful meditation techniques I've learnt. It was difficult for me to release at first, very difficult. But I had overcome that by the 3rd session and have had much happiness come into my life. Thank you for your patience with me.

I have never felt more intuned with myself or my surroundings than when doing the medication sessions with Trish. I felt healthier and happy and had more energy than I have ever had!
