I have recently purchased a dining setting and six chairs. I found the assistant very helpful and accommodating to our needs. He added scotch guarding for free and also delivery for free. I'm sure this wasn't standard but it was no trouble at all. We love our new dining table and will go back for sure.

I bought a table and chair setting and ordered it from the catalogue. Was told it would be a 2 week wait. Took 4 weeks to get the table and half the chairs..then another 6 weeks of hassling before i got the rest of the chairs. NOT GOOD service.

I bought a low line wooden cabinet for my new Plasma TV - The sales staff loaded the box on to my Ute. When I got it home and unpacked it - there was a piece broken off at one end which was not loose in the box. Should have known it was made out of pine!
