I just picked up my wedding dress from them last week & they did an amazing job!!! I had left it for 3 months before getting it cleaned but they got everything off.They also cleaned my grubby shoes too!!I'm going to get the bridesmaids dresses cleaned there too.The girl there was very nice & helped me choose how to store it.I chose a preservation bag so I can take it out & look at my gown.The place where I bought the dress told me to go there & I also had 3 other friends that have used them for their dresses & they also told me to go there.5 stars from me !! Really happy !!!

Unfortunately my experience here was disappointing. I needed my wedding dress pressed, but as it wasn't a traditional white wedding dress, I was informed that they only press wedding dresses and they had other dresses that had priority. Eventually they ok'd it if I picked up it straight away. A friend offered to pick it up for me, but this seemed a hassle for them even though I rang ahead to let them know this and to give them the reciept number etc. Shame because now I need it cleaned and pressed and will look else where
