Misleading advertising coupled with terrible and unprofessional customer service! I purchased a Groupon deal valid for any day except Sundays and Mondays. When I called to book an appointment I was dealing with Amy who told me they only allow these deals for a Saturday. I said I work Saturdays and it's my busiest day. She said they're busy every other day and only allowed Saturdays for these types of bookings. I said that's not what it's stated on the Groupon, if I knew it was only Saturdays I wouldn't have purchased the deal. Then to my disbelief she hung up the phone. I called Groupon and explained my unfortunate experience and lucky they gave me a full refund! Business is still business big or small
