Table Rock Paving (Paul) did a recent driveway renewal at my property in Parkdale. The driveway itself is fine however, when he and his crew washed the driveway down to seal it, they washed a large amount of concrete and rock down our brand new storm water pipes which are now completely blocked with hardened concrete and will therefore not drain water away which is causing flooding at the rear of our property every time it rains. At this stage I have spent close to $1,000.00 Investigating the problem which can be proven to be 100% accurate and true.
I did managed to get in touch with Paul after numerous phone calls, messages and texts to explain the problem which he assured me he would rectify however, since that last phone conversation 3 weeks ago he is now not answering calls, text, etc and is nowhere to be seen.
Given the situation I have now lodged a claim through the Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV) in order to have the problem fixed.
My advice, Don’t use Table Rock Paving.
Paul’s nice to you face to face but once you’ve paid your forgotten.

Hi this is Paul From Table Rock Paving I Just found this review from 2019 That Naz posted up. So after many visits to his house including saw cutting out a section of new driveway where he was "Adamant" that we had filled up his stormwater with concrete slurry...Naz found that HIS plumber hadn't connected any of the storm water up, and the pipe he had paid someone to put a camera up was an old disused pipe with a concrete plug in it which he was sure was concrete that we put in there (even though it was white concrete in the pipe and his driveway was black!!.. Not surprising he didn't apologise or offer to compensate me for any my wasted time that I spent at his house (once he realised I was not in any way at fault). He was exhausting to deal with and it was such a disappointing end to a fantastic looking job...Ps there was no hearing!
