We had Tailored IT Services provide an IT audit on our business systems. They were fantastic. They identified a huge amount of problems with our system. We thought we were up to date and protected, but obviously we weren't. Tailored IT Services prioritised what needed to be done and gave detailed costs. This was easy for us to budget for and we are now using Tailored IT Services as our regular support people. They are a pleasure to do business with. Their main focus is "proactive maintanence" - NOT reactive!. Some of our staff are even using Tailored IT Services for their home computer issues. Several have purchased new equipment from Taillored IT Services and have been extremely pleased with the end results in service and product.
