Recently temping on the job I was spotted by a Consultant from this agency, she suggested I get in touch with the Temping team for temping work.
I emailed my Resume and was contacted by a Temp Consultant whom seemed eager to meet with me. We arranged a interview for the next day, she advised she would sent out a confirmation email of the interview however I did not receive it, she also neglected to advise me that there was road work being done in the area of the office location, which made finding the office quite stressful.
In the morning of my interview I was driving around and around not being able to locate the office effectively, I called to advise that I was lost and running late and the phone kept diverting to their Sydney office.
My interview lasted no longer than 15 minutes, and no relevant temping paperwork was supplied to fill out. I met with 3 Temp consultants.
Having temped and worked for major Employment agencies, in over the years I found this Recruitment agency really poorly organised and haven't communicated in a professional manner, after one of the consultants advised that she communicates with all temping staff I am still waiting to hear from her about potential positions.
I was excited as I thought I would be temping with them however really disappointed about the whole experience.
Office is located in a major office block with lots of businesses surroundings. Great building entrance with coffee shop on ground level, lots of visitor parking outside.

Hi Iloveshopping, really appreciated the candid detail. Its always disappointing when businesses fail to deliver and it sounds like this one was no exception. We find it staggering that so many businesses profess (and advertise) much, but deliver very little. In addition to this, it is remarkable that many businesses are run in a seriously disorganized and unprofessional manner. Naturally, we are speaking in general terms, as we have had no contact with the afore-mentioned establishment. Irrespective of this, we thank you for a professionally written, detailed review. Further to advise, I recently wrote them a letter to express my disappointment about my Interview morning with Talent 2.
I received a phone call straight away and was told that I fell between the cracks. And at times these things happen in businesses.
Which was not nice to hear after so much effort I went to.
Thankfully I was able to express myself and I hope they have taken the feedback on board for their future appointments.
