To clarify this post, the product itself (2 x 5,000 gal tanks) gets a 4 star, the order process and the reception staff get a 5 star and the delivery driver a 5 star but the issue lies with the fact that they were supposed to return and put the fittings in within 3 days. The tank was delivered halfway through January and its now halfway through March with no fittings installed and still more broken promises. I have been promised 3 different dates! It is frustrating and I would not recommend Tank World to anyone - buy elsewhere!!
