Overall the shopping experience at Target Rockingham is good. The store is clean and generally well organised. Their clothing is good quality although it can be quite pricey for a chain store. Customer service is satisfactory but doesn't have the wow factor. I have had multiple problems when using their layby option so I tend to avoid that now.

target in rockingham is great and very affordable. they are always having big sales on things that relate to me like womens health and shoes. i wouldnt go to another target unless i absolutley had to.

I was looking for a set top box and I found one I was interested in but it had no price tag and was chained to the shelf so I couldnt use the scanner. I saw a female service attendant who was chatting to a male colleague. I waited for her to see me obviously looking for help but she kept chatting. I walked over and she said "What?" I was stunned for a moment and then asked about the set top box. Her response was "I dunno, bout $100. We're sold out anywho." She then turned her back on me. I was absolutely appalled. I wanted to report her but was running late for an appointment after waiting so long for service. I later found out the box was actually $210 as well.

Most of the time I find what I am looking for. They have alot of variety which is great and I really like how 8/10 times when the item is scanned its cheaper than what it says on the tag! The new way they have you wait in one line and the cashier calls you when they are free is also a good idea it stops people from fighting over who pushed in.
