Shopped here recently, taking advantage of the after christmas sales, both my husband and i split up to find the items we wanted. I received good service and was able to find sales staff but he said the service was not good, the girls he found were lacking and tired.
i found this store to be a less messy one. Items were in their sizes and easy to find.
store was busy, there was a wait at the registers but moving quite quickly.

this is a great big store with a wide range of products and items, the products were of good quality with quite good prices overall its a good shop with a good atmosphere and average customer service

Target Hornsby is another discount store at Westfield Hornsby. The store in Hornsby do not seem as big as Kmart Hornsby (and shorter trading hours) but do have some good specials and if you can't find it at Kmart or Myer its worth a look here

Not too bad. worth checking some things out. Its convenient but not as much of varieties as you can get from other location. Should open more check outs as its always along queus and staff will have to work alittle faster.

The store offers a variety of products so is convenient to use from to time but whether the quality stands the test of time is questionable. The quality of service depends on when you shop there, busy times incur long queus, i always ensure it's not too busy when I go in there, it's also a bit easier to find things when people aren't constantly blocking your movability

Excellent service, whenever I needed help, all I had to do was ask, and an employee would answer and help me straight away. However, some items are too expensive for their quality.
