Very helpful staff have not ordered online before went in to enquire and they were happy to help. Well priced in comparison to similar shops for decent quality.

Pakenham Target is great. It's my favourite Target, they have a lot of products for great prices. I go to Target all the time.

I love shopping at Target when they have sales, however this store seems to lack organist ion and the staff seem to care little for the areas they work in. Whilst I was in the changing rooms I heard the staff complaining how other staff do nothing so why should they continue to do all the work, like putting away the clothes that people don't wont.

I am a regular shopper in this store and always seem to come back regardless of how untidy the store is or if the staff are friendly or not. It is a convenience rather than anything else as Pakenham has little competition especially with the opening hours. The quality of the clothes is generally good and value for money isn't bad. The staff are generally friendly though and its not unpleasant shopping there, what I really dislike though is when the prices on the shelves are absent this makes shopping very inconvenient.

Recently I have found that Target in Pakenham has provided a very poor service! Often you come across people who work there that treat you rudely etc. Sometimes you are lucky to find someone who listens to your concerns. definitely not my first choice!
