They are my one stop shop for the full range of quality yearling beef, choice cuts of lamb, a full range of pork, chicken and other poultry lines as well as game and veal. If an item isn't usually stocked, they can get it as a special order on short notice. They also offer complimentary services such as marinating, slicing, cutting and trimming to your requirements.
