When I was looking for a tech to repair my computer which was failing to boot up and did a Google search and found Tasmanian Geeks on Word of Mouth. I was very sceptical that there were 30 reviews all at 5 stars. But figured some of them must have been real.

Well I'm now convinced they are all real. Service was timely (arrived on time on the afternoon I booked) solution was simple but the tech persisted and for the computer up and running in under two hours. The banter was free, the rest off the service was worth the cost. Highly recommend

The battery went on my computer and Dell couldn't supply another for 4 weeks. Dale obtained same battery within a week and fitted it for less then the cost than Dell was asking to supply and fit. On top of that Dale cleaned up my computer and offered some great computer tips. Will definitely be using TG again and will recommend to others!

On September 2 this year I received a Ransomware threat. On considering it overnight, I rang Tasmanian Geeks and spoke to Dale. Within the hour Dale visited my home and checked my two laptops and desktop with high level anti ransomware software. The threat was eliminated and my computers are more strongly protected.
Dale was very friendly as well as most professional and clearly had a good knowledge of computer security. I was also surprised by the modest charge for a home visit.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Tasmanian Geeks.
